A focused 8-hour studio support day for businesses that need fast, high-quality design without committing to a full package. Perfect for one-off projects, overdue updates, or getting your to-do list cleared quickly.

        (business cards, flyers, brochures, stickers, letterheads, email signatures, etc.)

      • Social design
        (Instagram, templates, highlight covers, reels editing, banners)

      • Web design / landing pages

      • Ad hoc design work

      • Brand guidance + support

      Multiple design days may be required depending on project scope.

    Retainers provide ongoing monthly design support tailored to your business needs. This can include social content, marketing materials, website updates, launch support, presentations, packaging updates, campaign design, and general brand support.

    How does retainer pricing work?
    Retainers are charged at £40 per hour with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per month.

    Packages start from £400 per month, with monthly support customised depending on your workload and design needs.

    How is time tracked?
    Time is tracked across all design tasks completed during the month. This includes design work, revisions, amends, and project-related communication where relevant.

    You’ll always have clarity on how your time is being used.

    Is there a minimum commitment?
    Yes, retainers require a minimum of 10 hours per month to ensure consistent support and availability within my schedule.

    Do unused hours roll over?
    Unused hours do not roll over unless agreed in advance. Retainers are designed to reserve dedicated studio time each month for your business.

    What if I need more than my monthly hours?
    Additional hours can be added at the same hourly rate of £40 per hour, subject to availability.

    How quickly will work be completed?Retainer clients receive priority scheduling and agreed turnaround times depending on project scope and urgency.

    This means faster support compared to one-off bookings.

    How are payments handled?
    Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance to secure your dedicated design time for that month.

    Can I pause or cancel my retainer?Yes, retainers can be reviewed monthly. I simply ask for notice in advance so I can manage studio availability and scheduling.
